Lucas Environmental staff have extensive experience in supporting the design, development, and permitting of new and upgraded facilities to serve as natural gas pipelines, overhead and underground electric transmission lines, and power generation facilities, including renewable generation sources such as wind and solar. Lucas Environmental staff have provided early due diligence studies, survey, natural resource inventories and constraints, alternatives analysis, wetland mitigation design, invasive species management, and construction phase environmental monitoring for the energy sector.
