Municipal Services
Lucas Environmental offers environmental review services to several Massachusetts communities in the Boston area and South Shore. Lucas Environmental provides on‑call services to review various documents including Notice of Intent, Request for Determination of Applicability, and Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filings. Lucas Environmental also provides on-call review of wetland delineations, wildlife habitat assessments, vernal pool investigations, and rare species work as applicable under the Wetlands Protection Act and local Town/City By-laws. These efforts focus on confirming that the submittal material complies with Town/City Rules, Regulations, and By-laws and analyzing the project’s protection of environmental resource areas under the Wetlands Protection Act. Services also include observations and reports of the progress and quality of project construction. LE works in various capacities as each Town/City requires, ranging from the sole review consult to on-call services to an as-needed basis. We cater our services to each Town/City’s needs and accommodate for distance traveled as we enjoy working throughout the Commonwealth and New England.
