The Lucas Environmental team is skilled in permitting commercial properties, whether they consist of the development of raw land or the redevelopment of an existing site. Our experience working with various towns and cities throughout the Commonwealth allows us to address potential issues and constraints early in the design process, saving our client’s time and money. We have successfully permitted numerous projects in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and have experience working throughout the New England States. We have been involved in very simple projects that require minimal wetland delineation and reporting to being the lead on permitting efforts of major redevelopments.
